In brief
We are looking for a Senior Windows/Mac Client & System Engineer to join Nordnets IT Support department. We currently have 5 engineers working in the team and are now looking for one more, with mainly Windows competence.
IT Support's mission is twofolded
IT Operations is comprised of various teams, and you will collaborate closely with them to effectively manage problems and drive progress on ongoing initiatives and projects.
This is you
Most likely, you have a technical background that enables you to understand IT services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate, and you have a true interest in building relations and creating result through your team.
You should have several years of experience working with Clients (Mac/Win & Mobiles).
Good knowledge of
You have an open mindset and a can-do attitude. Getting to know the details and understanding how everything is connected and dependent on each other is of great importance to you. You’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and love working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Former experience within Client OS Configuration is considered a huge advantage.
