About the role:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will collaborate with teams in Vilnius and Stockholm to ensure the quality and reliability of our new Customer Data Management platform, built on event-driven architecture. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and executing test strategies, and coordinating various testing activities, including non-functional and acceptance testing, to support the successful delivery of a robust and scalable solution.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Analysis of the business requirements
Testing of Global Master Data systems and integrations
Performing or coordination of non-functional and acceptance testing
Creation of supporting documents, such as test plan, test scenarios and test cases
Occasionally you may be involved in creation of requirement specification based on business input

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Around 4 years of experience as a Test Specialist
Experience in working with SQL
A hands-on approach and willingness to share knowledge, help others, and accept help
Good communication skills, an understanding of business requirements, and the ability to collaborate well in a multicultural environment
Experience working in an Agile development team
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Experience working in a Master Data area where data is supplied to multiple consumers via different interfaces and/or ISTQB certification
