Head of Group Product Portfolio Management seeks an experienced Assistant

The responsibility of Group Product Management (GPM) is to balance commercial needs with customer solutions and steer the funding of capabilities to achieve the results defined by the TRATON Executive Board.

The GPM office consists of experienced colleagues from various backgrounds and nationalities across all TRATON Group brands. We enjoy solving strategic problems cross-functionally and cross-brand within the TRATON Group. We strive for a climate where opinions and knowledge are openly shared within and between teams, welcoming new ideas to create dynamic synergies.

Our current Assistant is about to take on new challenges. Therefore, we are searching for a successor who wants to be a key player in our organization and contributing in shaping our ways we do things continuously better. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills, gain new perspectives and build a wide network within the TRATON Group.

Role Summary

• Managing the manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling communication.
• Supporting the organization and structuring of the daily work within the management team.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events. Handling logistics and ensuring all arrangements are in place.
• Managing travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Preparing itineraries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
• Handling numerous ad hoc topics such as office orders, invoice processing, catering, and driving office-related projects.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an experienced Assistant with a proven track record of supporting managers and organizations effectively. The office is open and friendly, and as you will work closely with other colleagues, cooperation is essential.
You have strong administrative skills. As a person, you are positive, proactive, structured, and possess a high level of integrity. You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and use your flexibility and creativity to manage various tasks. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required due to frequent contacts with TRATON headquarters functions, other assistants in the global TRATON organization, and other partners.
