Customer Data and Digital Enablers (CODE) Tribe responsibility extends across diverse platforms and processes within the Customer Data domain and a spectrum of solutions needed to enhance our customer service. These solutions include authentication and signing, CRM, Digital Sales automation, video meetings, web page management, virtual assistant technology, as well as specialized solutions for Contact Centers, Branch operations, access rights handling, and HR systems.
What you will be doing?
As the Tribe Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of talented business and software development professionals, fostering a collaborative agile culture, and ensuring the successful delivery of the best-in-class customer lifecycle management experience as well as human-assisted customer servicing solutions in SEB Baltic banks.
