As a Loan Officer you are mainly responsible for:

- Understanding all aspects of loan administration functions and tasks

- Interpreting credit agreements and related documentation

- Constructing bilateral and syndicated deal structures in loan platform (Loan IQ) including amending existing deal structures

- Ensuring that Credit and Operations systems are enriched with deal details, to a high degree of accuracy at all times

- Ensuring that deal revenue is booked and distributed correctly and at the appropriate time

We are looking for you who take initiatives both regarding your own development as well as in the development of the department and our ways of working. You have a good understanding of the credit process and policies, as well as of both domestic and international payments.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

Have 7+ years of work experience from a role with similar tasks within financial operations
Have strong analytical skills and are demonstrating sound decision-making abilities to identify problems and propose solutions
Are very organized with great structure in your daily routines
Can handle short deadlines and manage stress during peak periods
Can work in a fast-paced environment where we need to react quickly to customers and stakeholders needs
Think outside the box to design process improvement ideas with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations, and priorities.
Have very good knowledge in excel/M365
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken English
Advantageous if you have Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related experience dealing with legal documentation
Basic knowledge of general ledger account structures is a plus
