We are now looking for a driven and structured person for the role of Quality Manager, Packaging – a key role in improving and ensuring the quality of our global packaging flow.
 

Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, Packaging, you will:
- Drive improvements in the packaging process – both internally and cross-functionally
- Conduct supplier visits and follow up on deviations
- Be responsible for supplier training and development
- Collaborate with the purchasing organization, colleagues within the TRATON Group, and teams in Sweden and the Netherlands
- Analyze data and contribute to the development of processes and working methods
 

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of industry experience, with a minimum of two years in quality or process development
- Solid knowledge of improvement methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI, Excel, or other analytical tools
- The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and fluently in both Swedish and English
- The ability to work independently, drive activities, and take initiative, while also being a strong team player
- A holistic view and ease in understanding broader perspectives in complex contexts
- Flexibility and a strong sense of personal responsibility in planning and executing activities
- Courage and integrity – you dare to speak up, make decisions, and challenge when needed, especially in external contexts
- A category B driving license (as travel is part of the role)
