As a recruiter at IKEA of Sweden you’ll play an important part in matching the right talent with our current and future business needs. In the coming years, our recruitment development team will work to widen the perception of IKEA as employer, explore ways to attract and engage new competencies and keep improving our recruitment practices with insights as our foundation. Your focus will be to lead the full attract & recruit process for specific competence areas, together with key stakeholders. You’ll report to the Recruitment Manager and sit in a highly diverse and competent team.
