Job Responsibilities

As Unit Manager, you will lead and support a team of specialists responsible for developing robust electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in vehicles – ensuring they meet future demands across trucks, buses, and industrial products. The team holds end-to-end responsibility, from setting requirements and supporting design to verification, compliance, and acceptance.


In this role, you will:
•    Coach and empower the team to deliver solutions that ensure time-to-market success.
•    Drive process development and alignment across departments to increase efficiency and clarity.
•    Harmonize best practices globally – both technically and organizationally.
•    Build strong internal and external networks, fostering collaboration across functions and brands.
•    Secure key competences to meet TRATON’s strategic roadmap and project portfolio.
•    Foster a thriving work environment, with a strong focus on team development and well-being.

 

Who You Are

You are a proactive leader with a can-do mindset, driven by curiosity and collaboration. You thrive in cross-functional settings, communicate clearly and listen attentively. You build trust naturally and are energized by developing people and ways of working.


You also bring:
•    Experience or strong interest in electromagnetic performance or electronics.
•    A genuine desire to lead and grow teams in a complex, international environment.
•    A degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or a related field.
