What you will do

Your primary focus will be evolving our CRM capabilities, including data-driven marketing automation. Here you will support new initiatives and already operational solutions towards the target architecture and guide others to use the defined architecture in daily development.

Our solutions serve all customer segments, aiming to provide flexible, modern, and sustainable options to help our customers achieve their goals. Together we strive to have a broad range of competences and skills in both technologies and business domain knowledge. Our focus areas include customer-facing channels, integrations, and data mesh.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who thrives in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Architecture community, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Vendors, and Business Development.

Key ingredients to succeed in this role:

Extensive knowledge and experience in architecture, contributing to robust and flexible architectures across various technologies and platforms
Designed systems and written code for several years, showcasing your passion for creating solutions that are both pragmatic and innovative.
Ability to visualize and clearly articulate the pros and cons of various technologies and platforms.
Great interest in new technologies and transformation to cloud
Excellent networking and communication skills with both business and IT
Entrepreneurial thinking
Fluency in English and Swedish, as we operate in an international environment where both languages are frequently used
