We are seeking a visionary leader to take charge of optimizing our digital customer experience and operations across the Nordic regions. You will be instrumental in transforming the way we deliver innovative digital services for infrastructure systems, championing excellence in customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Change Management Process: Adept at driving organizational transformations and process improvements. Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in negotiation and relationship-building. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT systems and service management tools. Planning and Scheduling: Demonstrated excellence in planning and scheduling service tasks and travel, with substantial experience in digitized services.
