Project Management Office (PMO) is a part of Manufacturing Development at IKEA Industry.
The PMO is a team of project leaders, with various assignments across IKEA Industry. We lead and support the portfolio of global development and deployment projects in the areas of digital, business processes, machinery and construction investments, sustainability and many others to support the factories.

We are looking for a Project Leader with testing capabilitites
In the role as project leader you will:
The role will also include leading test in few of our bigger projects. We see the importance of securing test management as a natural part of developing and implementing new solutions.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for you who are enthusiastic about developing and implementing new solutions. You have good leadership skills, are structured and driven. Preferably, you have experience from working with Operational Technology (OT), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and tools.
You understand the IKEA value chain, IKEA culture and have experience from working in an international and culturally diverse work environment.

Location for this position is in Malmö, or any of our IKEA Industry units, in our 6 countries (Slovakia, Sweden, Lithuania, China, Portugal, Hungary or Poland).
The position requires global travel (+50 travel days yearly).
