I’m looking for a Team Manager for the Core Network team, who will play a significant role in the future delivery and development of the Infrastructure & Security offering. The Core Network team is responsible for providing network services across SEB and consists of 10 engaged team members based in Sweden and additional deliveries from our Network team in Vilnius.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team manager responsible for the Secure Access & Cloud Network team in Sweden. Leadership collaboration across team boundaries is central to our success, and together, you will ensure the overall success of the network area

As a team manager you report to Area Head and is part of Area Management Team.

As an IT Team Manager you will be responsible for:

Building, maintaining and developing a high performing team. You do that through emphatic listening, building confidence, empowering and supporting team members
Taking part in Program Increment (PI) planning and according to these plans you are responsible forcapacity and delivery planning for the team, ensuring that the right competencies and skills are in place
Securing proactive and efficient way of working, including adapting to new technologies and automation
Collaborating with Product Owners, Team Managers and business representatives to secure the correct focus and scope of the team’s work
Manage team related financials and ensure cost control
Being an active part of the management team for the department and work strategically and operationally with topics such as team development and change management

Who we are looking for:

You are a committed leader with a proven track recordwith at least 3 years manager experience
You have strong communicationskills and you are fluent in both Swedish & English
You have an ability to enthuse your team, as well as a deep interest in developing people
You have experience in working Agile
You are a person who is self-driven and adaptive to changing priorities and requirements
Proficiency in the IT Infrastructure domain is required, preferably within Network services
