Insurance Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance analyst for the Customer Insurance team of our captive finance organisation. This role is ideal for a person with strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the intersection of insurance, data, finance, and the transportation sector. The analyst plays a key role in supporting strategy through providing on-time and in-depth insights into business performance. Job Description

• Monitor and evaluate key KPI’s (income, loss and claims frequency, sales penetration) and provide insights that support pricing and product development
• Develop and refine insurance performance dashboards
• Conduct in depth analysis on claims trends, profitability, and work with central and local teams to use this in their decision making processes
• Deliver market, industry and customer insights through internal and external market benchmarks 
• Communicate insurance trends and information through well-crafted presentations that enable strategy development
• Identify and analyse potential of Insurance by being part of various group wide product and services development initiative

Your Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience from the insurance industry
• Knowledge of Product development and portfolio analysis across various lines of business, exposure to motor insurance is a merit
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and other similar tools is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are considered as an advantage
• Experience from working in a multi-cultural global organization is considered as an asset
• A team player with a strong support mindset to drive shared goals
