About the role:
As a Global Process Manager in Digital Banking Services, you will define the strategy and business plan for the area. You will lead end-to-end process excellence, deliver on optimization targets, and contribute to the evolution of our digital banking offering. You will play a vital role in transforming and integrating new technologies and solutions into the organization. A strong client-focused approach, solution-oriented mindset, and tech savviness will guide you on this journey.
