We are searching for an experienced Art Director with the capacity and skillset to take on Divided, Beauty as well as Women’s Complements (Underwear, Nightwear, Swimwear, Mama, Accessories and Shoes). This will require extensive competence and knowledge of a broad & varied customer target. 

As an Art Director at H&M Studios, you will be creating content and campaigns for H&M’s full assortment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the visual expression of H&M is consistent with our brand tone of voice, and you will work closely with the Creative team to drive and develop our visual identity forward. 

• Concept Development: Create and visualise shoot concepts aligned with the brand’s identity. 
• Mood Boards: Develop mood boards to communicate the creative plan. 
• Creative Direction: Lead styling, lighting, and overall visual execution. 
• Team Collaboration: Guide photographers, stylists, hair and makeup stylists to ensure the vision is realised. 
• Set & Location: Oversee set design and location selection. 
• Quality Control: Ensure high visual standards in every detail. 
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on fashion and beauty trends. 
• Post-production: Supervise retouching and final edits. 
• Budget Management: Coordinate with producers and Art Buyers on resources and budget management.

You will collaborate with a dynamic and creative team at H&M Studios, working closely with photographers, stylists, hair and makeup stylists, producers, and Art Buyers to ensure cohesive and impactful visual content. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

• Extensive experience as an art director (or equivalent) for Women’s fashion and/or Beauty brands and a portfolio that demonstrates your experience. 
• High level of understanding of branding mechanisms and how to secure a visual outcome accordingly. 
• Advanced understanding of the world of fashion. 
• Proven track record of creating visually compelling and cohesive content for comparable Women’s fashion and/or Beauty brands. 
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, styles, people, brands, media, art, and culture. 

And people who are… 

• Creative, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, performing with consistency at speed and on an ongoing basis. 
• Passionate about fashion and beauty trends. 
• Strong in leadership and team collaboration.
