IT-Specialist Operations Center

We are looking for an IT-Specialist to join our Operations Center who shares our passion for security, stability, and efficiency.

About the Role
As an IT-Specialist in our Operations Center, you will play a central role in ensuring that our critical systems are functioning optimally. You will monitor and analyze our services in real-time, quickly identify deviations, and take necessary actions to minimize the impact on the business. You will monitor our systems and services to proactively identify and manage issues before they affect operations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing incidents from initial identification to resolution, and communicating status and actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with technical support and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure fast and effective problem resolution.
  • Documenting events, solutions, and improvement suggestions to contribute to continuous improvements in our processes.

You will be part of our Operations Center team within our Operations Platform area, alongside four skilled colleagues, and play an important role in creating a stable and reliable operational environment while also contributing to the development and improvement of our processes for incident management and system monitoring.

Who We Are Looking For
To fit this role as an IT-Specialist, we are looking for someone with experience in monitoring and incident management who wants to work on improving processes and workflows. To be successful in this position, we believe you need to thrive in a dynamic environment where you can use your analytical skills and solution-focused mindset to ensure stability and operational reliability. You are a communicative and service-oriented person who finds it easy to collaborate with others and can handle stressful situations in a structured manner.

We would prefer if you have:

  • Experience in monitoring and incident management in an IT environment, preferably within banking, finance, or other business-critical industries.
  • A basic technical understanding of networks, servers, and applications.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written

To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to make quick and well-founded decisions under pressure. You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, which makes you enjoy working with various teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you have a solution-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and stable operations.
