About the role:
Customer Reporting Services provides service to Swedish customers. We take care of customers’ accounts and services related to them, investigate unclear payments, support Swedish Authorities with the information they need, and etc.
We have a high focus on processes automation thus we enable robots and scripts to help us in our daily work.
Here is also an ability to meet other competent and creative people, develop new skills by being a part of various communities, such as tutors, continuous improvement, scripters, or processes areas specialists.
