About the role:

As a global process expert in structured and syndicated loans your will focus be on driving innovation and change. You have an ability to work independently with tasks that are not always pre-defined. As a process expert you are a member of the departments development team, currently two process experts, three system configurators and one business analyst. This position is based in Arenastaden, Stockholm Solna.

In our Structured Loans department, with services in both Stockholm and Vilnius, we are handling complex loans for our largest corporate customers.

In addition, the role will also include:

• Lead and support key change initiatives  
• Analyse and implement new requirements 
• Collaborate with product specialists and cross-functional teams 
• Secure implementation of and adherence to the process framework
• Drive process efficiency and improve workflows 
• Represent SEB in joint banking activities  
• Build and maintain end-to-end process knowledge 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A strategic and proactive problem solver who excels in change management and process optimisation.
• Experience in non-financial risk management 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach 
• Familiarity with both business and technical aspects 
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
• Preferable expertise in process mapping and efficiency improvements 
• Preferable experience in leading initiatives of varying scale
• Preferable knowledge of technical solutions in process optimisation 
• It is an advantage if you have worked with processes or projects within the financial sector and/or large organizations.
