As Sourcing Manager within Inbound Logistics you will be commercially responsible for the European flows from our suppliers into our production units together with three other colleagues. You are responsible to establish and coordinate the sourcing strategies for Scania in close cooperation with other brands within the TRATON Group Purchasing. Since Scania is growing our global footprint, the logistic network will increase in complexity generating an arena for you to be creative in.
Job Responsibilities
Your areas of responsibility include:
You are passionate about doing business, has a strong commitment and works well in a collaborative environment with high degree of diversity. You are professional, creative, have a strategic mindset, see the bigger picture and strive to find win-win solutions for challenges that you run into.
You have a several years (2+ years) of professional experience of procurement. Having worked with logistics procurement, logistics or within the automotive industry is seen as an advantage. An academic degree and fluency in English are essential for this role.
