SEB is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Global Process Owner to join our newly established Business Continuity Management Services (BCMS) function – a vital part of the growing Risk Services function. In this key role, you'll help shape SEB’s global approach to business continuity and crisis management, ensuring we’re prepared for the unexpected and resilient in the face of disruption.

About the role:
As Process Owner within BCM Services, you will play a central role in taking SEB’s well-established business continuity and crisis management framework to the next level. With a solid and mature foundation already in place, your mission will be to evolve and modernize our group-wide methodology to meet the demands of a dynamic risk landscape and an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
You’ll lead the full BCM lifecycle – from risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA) to recovery planning, crisis response, and testing – while continuously looking for ways to simplify, streamline, and future-proof our approach. Innovation is at the heart of the BCM Services team: we actively explore new ways of working, use data in smarter ways, and apply technology to strengthen preparedness and resilience.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to embed BCM processes into daily operations, ensuring they are understood, implemented, and continuously improved. You’ll be part of a highly engaged, forward-looking team within SEB’s Risk Services function, reporting to the Head of BCM Services. This is a unique opportunity to contribute strategically while driving real, hands-on impact in one of SEB’s most important areas of operational resilience.
