nShift is on a growth journey and is now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) that is eager and excited to really kick off a sales career and strengthen our Nordic team. As a BDR, you are part of the Nordic SMB Sales & Business Development team, a central part of the rapidly growing Sales Organization at nShift. The Business Development team is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to the overall Nordic Sales departments. Building a BDR function within the team is a strategic initiative to cater for the overall growth and as a key member of a growing team, you’ll directly contribute to the pipeline growth. A strong pipeline is absolute vital to successful sales and you as a BDR will fuel nShifts long term success!
