About the Role:

Are you ready to take full ownership of a company’s NetSuite setup and drive real business impact? At Aimo, we’re looking for a senior NetSuite Developer who is not only comfortable with SuiteScript and system integrations but is excited to shape how we use technology to scale.

You’ll join a fast-growing company with a clear purpose, working at the heart of our operations, and collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, and IT. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence how we automate, streamline, and grow.

What You’ll Do:

As a NetSuite Developer, you will play a key role in developing and configuring NetSuite solutions that support Aimo’s business functions. You’ll contribute to customizing and optimizing the system to ensure it aligns with Aimo’s unique needs and objectives.

• Develop and configure NetSuite ERP to support various business functions, with a strong focus on finance, accounting, and reporting.

• Take full ownership of NetSuite’s setup, continuously improving workflows, automation, and processes to drive business efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy and system functionality, particularly in handling financial data and report generation.

• Maintain system security and ensure compliance with best practices to support a scalable, robust infrastructure.

• Build and enhance a system that is not only efficient but also designed to scale alongside Aimo’s growth.

About You:

You are a highly experienced NetSuite Developer with a deep understanding of ERP systems and a strong passion for automating and optimizing business processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of a complex system to drive measurable business outcomes.

• You have 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including SuiteScript and system integrations.

• You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver high-quality solutions.

• You are detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and security of the system.

• You are excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, and have the drive to continuously improve the system and support Aimo’s scaling journey.
