Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer with an interest in hands-on development of rigs, metrology and test methods to create reliable data of material and package characteristics.
The Physical Modelling team belongs to the Development & Technology organisation within the Materials & Package division.
It is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
As an experienced Development Engineer in the Physical Modelling team, you be part of a highly skilled team having an expert role towards development projects, from very early phases of development to verification and issue resolution activities.
As our new colleague you will:
Engineering degree in physics, mechanics, materials, package or similar
Hand-on experience of test methods and/or developing rigs & equipment
Good knowledge in statistics
Experience of electrical measurements techniques, image processing and/or CAD, preferably applied on package and material development
Enjoy practical and theoretical work
Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.

You are innovative and enjoy working both theoretically and practically. Also, you have an eye for details, at the same time a drive for result and push yourself and others to meet deadlines.
