Scania is on a journey to strengthen our global CRM capabilities, and we are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Group Manager to lead our CRM team (SCRM). This team plays a crucial role in developing and managing Scania’s global CRM platform, based on Microsoft Dynamics, to support our global sales organization and enhance customer experiences.

 

As Group Manager for SCRM, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of Scania’s CRM platform and drive its evolution in line with modern digital strategies. You will lead a highly skilled, cross-functional team that is committed to delivering world-class solutions that strengthen Scania’s position in the market.

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Inspire and lead a cross-functional team responsible for the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Scania's global CRM system.
  • Drive an agile culture, promoting collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Act as a servant leader, empowering your team, removing obstacles, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
  • Shape and execute the CRM strategy, ensuring the platform evolves to meet Scania’s business needs and stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization, from sales teams to IT, to align priorities and maximize business impact.
  • Foster a growth mindset, ensuring continuous development and upskilling of your team.
  • Oversee operational excellence, ensuring stability, security, and scalability of the CRM system.
