Business Solution Specialist Production

This is what you will do

Our newly established IT organization within the Agriculture Sector works in close cooperation with the business to develop stable, reliable and cost-effective IT solutions, which enhances our competitiveness and supports our business objectives. In the sector, one of several important focus areas is to further develop our efficiency in our manufacturing processes and tools to drive activities such as; further optimize planning processes, increase capacity, reduce quality deficiency costs and increase proportion of preventive plant maintenance.

Today we are a team of 11 people with a mix of experienced Business Solution Specialists and Process Managers eager to support our daily operations in our M3 platforms, but also driving new initiatives and projects. We are now looking for a skilled Business Solution Specialist with background in M3 Manufacturing and Production Planning, to complement our team. You will have an exciting and challenging role in delivering needed requirements from the business and creating sustainable IT solutions.
To succeed in the position, you need to create and maintain relationship with our stakeholders in the organization and our vendors. Your day will consist of both working with incidents, problems and changes in existing solution, but also be an integrated part in larger projects, such as upgrading and implementing M3 and surrounding applications in your area of responsibility.

This position is located at our office in Malmö and our operations are mainly based in Sweden. For the right person the location is flexible. Travel occasionally to Finland to meet our colleagues in our finish agribusiness.

Skills & Requirements

You have:

• An academic degree together with at least 3-5 years’ experience from working with M3 implementations
• Skills in understanding and translating our Manufacturing and production planning process requirements
• An ability to configure and maintain all aspects of the M3 production modules
• Knowledge of system integrations and API:s from and to M3
• Knowledge and experience of Plant Maintenance solutions within Infor application suite or external.
• Knowledge of Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox to improve our end-user experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English
