Techsavvy Senior UX Designer

We are doing some really great things and we want to build on this by welcoming a new college to the team. As a senior UX designer in Project Delivery, you will play a key part in our exciting product journeys.These range anywhere from workshops, design sprints, pretotypes, prototypes, and wireframes to development of live products together with the rest of tretton37's awesome developers.

So what will you do then, you might ask?

• Work with interaction design and always be aware of the possibilities/limitations of digital devices
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and prototypes along with a clear communication of interaction design to development and product team.
• Produce final art for digital services and products for both web and mobile
• Clearly articulate and communicate UX, UI and technical concepts
• Present UX solutions and ensure that designs meet business objectives and exceed end-user expectations
• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand application requirements while influencing major feature enhancements

Who are you then?

The person we are looking for identifies as a UI or UX designer who possesses the ability to also write some code. If you also have experience as a frontend developer this will definitely give you some extra high fives. We value the ability to reason from a business and user perspective, gather the input, draw high quality, modern and visually appealing graphics interfaces. You are able to convert your awesome interfaces to functioning prototypes and preto-types with the help of HTML, CSS and some basic JavaScript.

You also have:

• more than 5 years of visual design experience
• worked with web or mobile oriented development in the last year
• experience with ideation, agile or business discovery workshops. If you also know your way around a Design/Venture sprints, that's a mega plus.
• been working from idea, via prototype, to live service
• leadership abilities and maybe has been in a team-lead position
