Since 2019, The Gang has been a leading gaming studio for Roblox games and our goal is to build the best, safest, and most engaging experiences in the world. We publish our own games and develop game experiences with the most successful brands in the world within music, fashion, entertainment and technology.

Starting date: Now, permanent contract after 6 months probationary period
Location: Remote based anywhere in Portugal or Sweden with the option for hybrid in our Lisbon or Stockholm office. Slack and Discord are your best friends!

Your main responsibilities
Effectively lead projects, direct the production team, manage and meet client’s expectations.
Be the single point of contact and handle communication with clients.
Ensure all PM documents are in place and organized.
Be accountable for planning, execution, and closing of the project.
Note: There are meetings in the evening a few times a week with clients due to time zone differences.
Who you are
You are a fast learner and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
You are structured and adaptable.
You are able to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross-functional teams.
You either have experience working with clients or are a good communicator.
You have at least 3 years of agile project management experience.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are based in Portugal or Sweden.
Desired qualifications
You have experience working in the gaming industry, or you have experience working in international environments within fashion, music, or sports.
