About the role:

In this role, you will work with a well‑established .NET‑based solution, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement while actively contributing to our long‑term transformation journey. You’ll play an important part in our migration toward cloud‑based platforms and be involved in the architectural decisions that shape our future landscape.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and end users, translating business needs into smart, reliable solutions that create real value. While you are part of a supportive team with solid telecom expertise, you are also comfortable taking ownership and working independently when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, structured, and proactive — a developer who enjoys combining day‑to‑day operational responsibilities with forward‑looking development in a collaborative and modern environment.

Our team delivers corporate telephony, digital meeting services, and contact center solutions to more than 16,000 users across 20 countries. We continuously evolve our services to provide the best possible experience for both SEB employees and our end customers.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Strong experience with .NET Framework (4.5–4.8) and early .NET Core
Hands‑on experience with IIS hosting, Windows Services, and application maintenance
Solid background working in Windows Server and IIS environments
Deep knowledge of SignalR (both classic and Core versions)
Experience working with SQL Server, including queries, performance, and maintenance
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
Experience with Node.js and Angular
Understanding of telephony systems and services
Experience with infrastructure planning and assessing cloud readiness
Ability to support automation, operational excellence, and best‑practice processes
