Sitoo • Full time • Stockholm
Join our IT team and become part of a fast-growing tech company that’s shaping the future of retail. At Sitoo, we build a world-class Unified Commerce Platform and believe in continuous improvement of our product, our ways of working, and ourselves.
Sitoo is a fast-growing technology company with no intention of slowing down. As we scale at a rate of ~50% YoY, we are looking for a communicative IT Specialist to join our IT team and help us manage that growth sustainably.
We’re now looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist who is system-savvy, curious, and ready to take the next step in their career. This role is perfect for you who enjoy working hands-on with tools and processes and wants to grow into a more enabling and guiding role.
You’ll belong to and work closely with our IT team to support and develop Sitoo’s digital workplace. A big part of the role is hands-on system work and day-to-day support, while gradually taking on more responsibility in enablement, AI, and helping teams work smarter.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one, what matters most is that you’re eager to learn, structured in your approach, and enjoy helping others.
Help maintain and improve our digital workplace tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and help implement practical improvements.
Assist in creating documentation, guides, templates, and basic playbooks for tools and ways of working.
Support teams in their daily work by handling tickets, small system changes, and configuration tasks.
Take part in workshops, onboarding sessions, and enablement initiatives - and over time help run them yourself.
Explore and support the use of AI and automation for productivity, together with more senior colleagues.
2–4 years of experience working with Digital Workplace, Business Systems, IT support, or similar roles.
Good system understanding and hands-on experience with Google Workspace. Experience in other tools such as Notion, Slack or similar is a strong plus.
An interest in how people work and how tools and AI can enable better collaboration.
Clear communication skills and a willingness to explain and document things for others.
A structured mindset and comfort with handling multiple small tasks while learning to support bigger initiatives.
Basic understanding of security best practices (e.g. permissions, access, least privilege) – deeper knowledge is a plus, not a must.
This is a great opportunity if you:
Want to grow from a hands-on system role into enablement and change over time.
Like being close to the business and seeing the impact of your work quickly.
Are passionate about AI, automation, and modern ways of working.
Prefer a fast-growing environment where you can learn a lot by doing.
We are forward thinkers. By turning curiosity into knowledge, and knowledge into continuous improvement, we break new ground and shape the future of retail.
We believe in an inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong. We support each other, win together, celebrate success together, and overcome challenges together.
Today, we are close to 120 dedicated experts with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Most importantly, we take care of each other, and we never forget to have fun.
