Role Summary

 

We are now looking for a visionary Solution Architect to lead and develop the architecture for our Compliance and Sustainability domain. In this role, you’ll bridge business and technology — shaping solutions that support critical areas such as policy, compliance, risk, legal, ESG, investigations, and internal audits.

 

You will help translate our strategy and vision into a robust, future-ready architecture. Working closely with TRATON colleagues and stakeholders across brands, you’ll drive digitalization, harmonization, and innovation that benefit the entire group.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Lead Scania’s solution architecture work for digitalizing and harmonizing group-wide Compliance and Sustainability platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, capabilities, and IT requirements.
• Evaluate, design, and recommend IT solutions and technologies that align with business and corporate objectives.
• Drive architectural harmonization and innovation across the TRATON Group — collaborating with sister brands to maximize group-wide value.
• Partner closely with Service Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders across different business units.
• Champion data architecture, integration, and governance to ensure high-quality data for internal and external reporting.
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, ensuring adherence to enterprise guidelines and secure design principles.

You are a motivated, collaborative professional who brings together technical expertise and strong business understanding. You thrive in a role where you connect strategy with execution and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.

 

You likely bring:

 

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Consultant — ideally within Finance, GRC, Sustainability, or related domains.
• Knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAP sustainability suite) is a plus.
• A track record of working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify solutions that deliver long-term value.
• Experience in evaluating, designing, and recommending IT solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Solid understanding of data integration architecture, data governance, information models, and master data management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — with the ability to drive cross-functional and cross-brand teamwork.
