A central role where you will lead projects toward the best-fit solutions, aligned with Kappahl Group’s architectural guidelines and IT strategy. You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate tech professionals who thrive on innovation and continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of a hybrid work environment, engaging closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing. You’ll also contribute to our architectural forums and help shape our long-term IT roadmap.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, ideally within retail or customer-centric industries.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture and integration.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, e-commerce, CRM, leading complex system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile project and development methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and a drive to ensure architectural quality and business value with a collaborative approach.
• You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and have experience working in an international context.
