This means developing a number of solutions to meet the needs of our customer and co-workers today and tomorrow. As a part of a newly established Sourcing Category: Integrated IT Solutions, we are looking for a Category Manager, or as we call it at IKEA, Category Segment Leader. The Category consists of two major segments within System Integration & Application Management Services and Application Platform areas.
As a Category manager, or as we called it at IKEA, Category Segment Leader, you will take part to the development of the category strategies and lead the development and implementation of the category segment plan for the category based on the purchase development process. You will actively monitor the external market conditions to find new business opportunities or improve the existing ones for the category segment.
