ServiceNow / Service Management Architect

We have a vision, to create a ONE OF A KIND Service Platform using ServiceNow, and we need you to help us get there!

What you'll do

• Working within an agile environment you will provide technical analysis, design, development and implementation of new features and technologies within Service Management
• You'll be involved in all areas of ITSM, working with other internal departments to understand their needs, help identify solutions and ensure successful delivery of said solutions

Who you are

• Experience of configuring, customizing and implementing ServiceNow will be highly beneficial
• Skilled in JavaScript, Web Services, Rest APIs and XML
• Knowledge of ITSM Processes
• Strong communication skills
