So, what will you be doing?

In this role, you will be working to support the sales operations to enable the Sales Team to do the best work that they can. This is mainly an administrative position where a key part of your role will be to assist the Sales Manager and handle the customer database for Wrapp. This means that you'll do data digging and insights support by using our in-house systems in order to produce monthly reports and evaluate campaigns. You will collaborate with Wrapp's Sales Reps, whether it's regarding the product, invoices or a billing issue. You can also expect to work with the sales team on suggestions for improvement or issues that needs to be solved. Furthermore you will build a network of contacts and you will be empowered to understand the whole of the sales process of Wrapp.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • General operational system management support
  • Brand research assistance for all Sales Team Reps
  • Management of external partnerships
  • Closely working with the Head of Sales and supporting in operations

What are we looking for?

You'll need to be organised and proactive with some experience in a busy office. You'll be working with a lot of different systems, so while we'll be happy to introduce you to all our systems and provide training, you'll show us that you're comfortable with technology and keen to learn. You should also enjoy working in a startup environment.

Interests:

  • CRM Systems Experience
  • Business experience or business degree
  • Knowledge of the Retail industry in Sweden
  • Data-Driven Sales
  • Tech and Data Savvy
  • Fluent in English & Swedish.
