As a rapidly growing knowledge firm with offices in Stockholm, Lund, and Borlänge we need to expand our amazing sales team. tretton37 is best described as a flat organization (think pancakes) which in this case means that we are looking for an experienced person within sales that can help us grow in new and exciting ways. We are in an expanding phase, especially in Stockholm and Borlänge, so your target will be to build upon this.

What you will do

You will be part of our amazing sales team in Stockholm/Borlänge, but you will also work in close collaboration with our very successful sales team in Lund. As you will see, culture is everything to us. Aside from being a part of it every day, you will also need to understand it. This is how we differentiate ourselves in the market.

You will also need to:

• Attract new clients, leads or connections by using your skills in combination with our brand
• Know and understand the consultants of tretton37
• Think more "we" than "Me, Myself and I"
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales process; including contract drafting and negotiation
