JOB DESCRIPTION

The role as Head of ERP at Vizrt, is an exciting career opportunity where you get the chance to work in a growing global company and in a role where you expect to lead the work within the ERP area. You will in this role get the opportunities to work with innovative project with advanced technologies such as AI and Machine Learning. You are expected to be part of the IT management team, responsible for implementing the IT Roadmap, as well as gradually incubating the roadmap with new initiatives.

In this role you will be platform owner and in that role responsible for the ERP system Microsoft Navision. The role also include that you will work closely with colleagues in IT and Business from all over the world. You will be the person responsible for identifying, prioritizing, planning and implementing changes in Navision.

As the Head of ERP you will have the overall responsibility for setting and implementing the global ERP strategy. The tasks will consist of coordinating work for Vizrt’s ERP platform globally across all business units. You will make sure to creating and maintaining roadmaps and design, reviewing and selecting vendors, contract negotiations and acting speaking partner towards stakeholders.

Furthermore, the work includes:

  • Budget responsibility

  • Project schedule and portfolio management

  • Reviewing risk, demand and capacity

  • Work with your team and the business side to define, develop, prioritize, and implement strategic plans, initiatives, and/or solutions.

- Implement work standards and Best Practice

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have worked within IT and ERP. You have experience in maintaining IT processes and strategies, vendor- and project management. You have a strong ERP knowledge. Furthermore, you have a relevant higher education and fluency in English, spoken and written.

You have great communication skills and understand the importance of good cooperation. You possess the ability to lead a team and the business side to a common vision. Moreover, you are not afraid to work with change management, you are stress-resistant, structured with high prioritizing skills.
