We are a small fast-growing company and a family. We are continuously taking market shares and are among the leading companies in the Nordics at building smart recruitment tools. What all ReachMees have in common is a passion for simplifying our users' lives and helping them succeed in their jobs - to find the right talent for their own companies and recruit them effectively, professionally and fairly. In that, the development process is central to our future growth and expansion outside the Nordic region.
Our over 530 customers are from both the private and public sectors and the solution is used by large as well as smaller companies, including McDonalds, NK, Sweco and Chalmers University, Espresso House and Hemfrid. ReachMee has its headquarters in Stockholm, but we are also located in Oslo, Helsinki and Kiev.
Våra kunder letar efter personer precis som dig – vi kommer därför tipsa dig allra först om nya jobb.
As a QA Engineer at ReachMee, you are a central part of our development process. For us the responsibility for quality doesn't rests solely on the shoulders of the QA Engineer, but is shared within the whole development team. You are however responsible for making the quality of our system transparent to the team so that we can make well founded decisions about for example releases and for improving our processes related to quality over time.
We are looking for someone who is used to working with agile processes closely together with both developers and UX throughout the development cycle. In this role, you will initially divide your time between automated and manual testing. Moving forward, you will have a lot of opportunity to expand the scope of our automated QA processes, influence how we work with continuous integration and which testing tools we use. As a QA Engineer with us, you will also participate in the process of developing and analyzing requirements together with our product owner before the actual development begins. If you are interested in taking the role of Scrum Master, that is possible too.
As a team we also emphasize learning and development and meet in hackathons, bookcircles, tech lunches and in our Meetup-group TeachMee where we host tech-talks. All suggestions are welcome and we keep adding new interesting things as we go along.
