What we do at Detectify

Detectify offers a web application security scanner that automates hacker attacks to help businesses stay safe. Our founders are among the best ethical hackers in the world - having hacked tech giants such as Google, Facebook, or Dropbox. Today, we collaborate with over 150 handpicked white-hat hackersto continually help clients likeEpiserver,Trello,SpotifyandKing make their websites more secure.

The Team

Our marketing department consists of a cross-functional team of five people working with content, ethical hacking research, performance marketing, events, and graphic design. Together you will spread the word about Detectify in our target markets and build a global brand.

Role and Responsibility

As our Customer Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for our acquisition channels and optimisingthe top of our marketing funnel for both our European and US market. This means that you will manage ourlead generationandacquisition strategiesfor both organic and paid channels. You will be responsible for reporting acquisitionKPIs to the board and sharing knowledge about performance marketing and marketing automation internally within the organisation.

To optimise and better understand acquisition channels and the customer journey, you will work closely with our Data and UX teams to analyse user data and gather insights. You will use marketing automationto engage users, streamline the customer journey andscale our acquisition channels. As Customer Acquisition Manager, you will also bein charge of our paid search budget as well as the point of contact for our digital marketing agency.

Who You Are

Detectify’s customer base ranges from small businesses to global tech giants, which is why you will continually work with data-driven lead generationtailored to different customer segments. Together with our Revenue Operations Manager, you will maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing in order tooptimise our lead scoring model, account-based marketing andlead nurturing.


  • An interest in and previous experience within the IT industry
  • Experience with the SaaS business model
  • An analytical mindsetand extensive experience in working withExcelas well asGoogle Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automationsystems such asPardot,HubSpot,Marketo or similar
  • An educational background within Marketing, Communications or similar
  • As a plus, you have previously worked with SQLorPython
