We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the Scandinavian team at a leading company in the global travel industry. This is a consultancy assignment which can be transferred to a permanent employment.

About the job

Key responsibilities

Major responsibility for this role is to support Cluster Marketing for the four different customer segments and the local Scandinavian sales team. By creating relevant content and distribute via online and offline marketing channels for Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark and Norway). The customer segments are Online Travel Agencies, Retail Travel Agencies, Business Travel Agencies and Corporations.

As a Marketing Specialist you will create and source relevant content (blog, article, video etc.) for optimal digital execution. You will be setting up marketing campaigns, both digital data driven marketing automation and regular marketing.

Project management, planning & executing industry & customer events, PR activities and brand related marketing for Scandinavia will also be your responsibilities.

You will create presentations, evaluations and summaries of Scandinavia marketing activities as well as supporting in localize generic corporate marketing & communication.

Finally, you will be organizing Account Based Marketing programs for larger customers.

Skills needed

You will need high knowledge in creation and design of content and data analysis on CMS (Content Management systems, like EpiServer or Adobe Experience Manager), Microsites and Social Media (LinkedIn and Facebook). High knowledge in a Marketing automation system, preferably Eloqua (or Marketo, Pardot) is of importance and to be able to create digital marketing automation campaigns.

You must be familiar with the lead generation process and collaboration with sales from a global organization

This role also acquires:

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English: written, verbal, and visual

  • Excellent knowledge of online and offline marketing channels and PR tools like MyNewsDesk

  • Good knowledge in Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) as well as in Adobe (Photoshop and design programs)

  • Knowledge in CRM systems (Oracle’s Sibel or SalesForce.com)

You are a self-starter with ability to build programs from scratch and in collaboration with Portfolio and Sales. You should also have experience from large global and complex company.


  • Consultant assignment approx. 12 months full time, via Hammer & Hanborg

  • Start in the beginning/mid Mars 2019

  • Assignment can be transferred to permanent employment
