IFS Project Leader

Do you want an important role as Project Leader within IT of a fast-growing international packaging company? Ecolean is based in Helsingborg and manufactures innovative lightweight packaging for the dairy and beverage industry and is looking for a someone to take on the role of IFS Project Leader. About this position

In the role of IFS Project Leader at Ecolean you manage projects, change activities and provide system support associated with the company’s ERP system IFS. In the role you manage, plan and deliver assigned subprojects regarding customizations, integrations, implementations and upgrades of the IFS system. To support your fellow colleagues you identify, analyze, resolve and follow up on incidents and problems associated with the IFS system. You coordinate and support trainings of end users as well as develop system documentation and training material. You manage communication and collaboration with internal super users and external consultants.

Who are you?

You need a strong interest in technical solutions plus business systems and processes to succeed in this role. You have probably experience from ERP projects and / or implementations, possibly from a role as a super user or advanced end user within an ERP system. Experience working with IFS is meritorious, as well as project management, and if you have experience within Finance, Production, Purchase and / or Supply Chain it is also meritorious.

As a person, you are probably driven, structured and accurate, and you have the patience and ability to provide good support to users, prioritize and multi task. As a person you are open minded and communicative plus get motivated by helping people in your surroundings. You thrive in an organization with a high pace and many contact areas, and you speak and write freely in English.
