We’re looking for a curious and experienced UX designer who wants to manage the direction of the UX design!

Working as a UX Lead within Tele2 you will manage the direction of the user experience in one of our digital products; Tele2 Residential or Tele2 Business. In this role you will encourage and enable UX designers to solve problems and help with guidance when required. The role will also include strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Be a ”go-to” person in the field of UX design for the digital products
- Communicate with the internal team,bridging the gap between visual design, functional development, and content
- Communicate the value of user centric disciplines to different stakeholders
You will be a part of a humble, lean and ambitious team of UX designers where the aim is to learn, grow and become better as individuals and as a team. The team has a great diversity and are equally divided between women and men with different backgrounds.

You are not afraid to make mistakes but more importantly you are never afraid to ask for help. We believe that you are self-sufficient with the ability to drive projects from start to end, manages stakeholders with ease and have user-centric approach. Formal requirements for the role includes:
- User Experience and Digital Design background
- Previous experience being a lead in product/service design projects
The UX team works continually with knowledge sharing and you will have dedicated time for learning and development. Every month you will have design days where the team is gathered and work together, "UX check-ins" where the aim is to share knowledge and "mood check-ins" where the team sit down and talk about life.

The Digitals & Channels SE unit (D&C) takes initiatives for the IT- and digital products in Sweden, for example our commerce, self-service, identity and branding solutions. Together with the Commercial and Marketing teams we develop new products - from start to finish. We create services that bring value to our customers and help us achieve our business goals.
The Digital Production unit within D&C is responsible for competence- and resource centers divided into areas of technology focus. The areas are integration development, capability development, channel development and UX & design production.
