What you will do

To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to be creative in the space of sourcing, do research, network with potential candidates, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest future Oneflowers. You thrive in researching and hunting via internet, phone or any available channels. You will also be involved in all HR projects and be a part of developing our employer branding strategy.

What you need to have

1-3 years of experience of talent sourcing (sales or/and tech) talents is a big plus.
A strong inner drive and sense of ownership.
You are forward-thinking, curious and dare to question the status quo.
You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
