This is a new role within our sales team where you will be responsible for supporting our customers and managing orders in the Nordic and Baltic market. We are looking for you who are organized and enjoy administrative tasks within sales and marketing but also are social and helpful and want to work with customer focus. At Carel you will be part of a global company that offers innovative control systems and humidification in the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration market.
You will
In this role your main responsibility will be customer support in the Nordic and Baltic countries and order administration and management. You will have daily co-ordination and follow-up of delivery and transportation, dialogue with production sites and changing order priority if needed. Other administrative tasks within sales and marketing could be to administer sales reports and forecasts, to register information in different systems and to help coordinate training sessions, seminars, marketing activities, exhibitions etc.
You will be based in Helsingborg and work close with your colleagues in the Nordic Sales Team but also with our HQ in Italy and different production sites.
You are
To succeed in this role we think that you need experience from customer support, sales support and/or order administration, preferably within B2B. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written and are good at working in different systems and computer programs.
You are an excellent communicator who succeeds in building good relationships and having satisfied customers. In your daily work you are pro-active, structured and accurate. You have the ability to work self-independent and take your own initiatives, but also see yourself as a team-player where you enjoy co-operating with others to solve work tasks in the most efficient ways.
