IT-Operations Coordinator

Your role

As the IT Operations Coordinator you will have a key role in supporting Bonava´s IT-Operations Manager. You will be responsible for continuously improving the delivery of IT operations by identifying and executing prioritized tasks and projects. Examples of tasks includes reviewing licences to make sure that Bonava has the right licences from a cost-effective perspective while remaining compliant. You will take care of alert reports of Azure Active Directory and improve detection routines.

You are responsible for working proactively, for example perform risk analysis and then create plans for how to act on the results. The role also involves being IT Operation's interface towards Bonava Group projects. Another important aspect of the role is to ensure that organisation has adequate documentation within IT. To achieve this, you will update the knowledge base and sort and update existing documentation material.
