About the job

Tasks:

Responsibility for the entire sales process.
Negotiation and contract management.
Determine sales strategies and ensuring that budget goals are reached or exceeded.

Required skills and experience:

Experience from sales execution, with a track record of closing revenue
Bachelor degree minimum (or other equivalent education)
Ability to manage complete sales cycle from not yet qualified prospect to closed agreement
Business-oriented
Understand customers' businesses, their processes, bottom line and the C-level decision maker's many challenges
Confident presenter and good listener
Confident on the phone and making cold calls
Fluent in Swedish and English
Ability to lead oneself through complex sales cycles and keep focus
High focus on the goals and ability to execute
Coachable and willing to learn
Adaptable to start-up environment and culture: open-minded, helpful and initiative-taking
