Teamtailor, the company behind the popular recruiting tool, is on a mission. We aim to help companies be successful by hiring the right people. We have started off pretty well. 700+ companies and over 14800 recruiters collaborating. Each day 50 000 candidates browse our customers career sites, looking for their future work.  

But we’re not satisfied, yet. There’s a lot we want to do to make things better — we need another designer to help us continue our mission.

Working at Teamtailor means working in a young, fast moving tech company. As a product designer, you’ll be joining a fantastic team of designers, developers, sales representatives and support staff of diverse backgrounds. We’re looking forward to having a new pair of hands to make pretty things. 

We spend a lot of time together and we make sure to have fun along the way.

You’ll be responsible for keeping business needs in mind while serving up lovely user experiences. That means communicating user needs to the rest of the team and crafting a consistent look and feel.

You approach design challenges with thoughtful energy. You think about what to build now and what to build in the future. You know when you lack knowledge to make a design decision, and you seek out answers. You feel responsible for creating an excellent, end-to-end platform that supports the needs of our users.
