About the job

We are currently looking to build a new team of Application Specialists to be responsible for dealing with customer issues and requests for our OPS product. This is a high transactional platform built in C++ and is a critical application for customers globally. The remit of the role is providing support to the existing product portfolio, as well as analysing and resolving any repeat issues. It is a great opportunity to be on the front line and offer great service!

Skills needed:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar IT or Application Support role
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels in the company.
  • Strong understanding of computer-related tools, methods, platforms, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining complex IT issues in laymen's terms.
