The Position

We are now looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Stockholm. The role plays an important part in our every day life at Gävlegatan 22 and holds a key position in creating a great experience for customers, employees and visitors. 

• Manage the office area including conference area and reception – ensuring design, functionality and cleanliness
• Act as a local point of contact for all calls and visitors ensuring a warm welcome and experience that exceeds expectations
• Assist in planning and arrangements of meetings and internal events
• Handle purchases and procurement of office services, including negotiation with external suppliers
• Coordinate and follow up on budget and costs

What do you bring?

We believe that you have a few years of experience from Office Management, reception and/or hospitality services. You are service minded, structured and proactively introduce new ways of working to improve effectiveness. Personal suitability, genuine interest and experience is far more important than formal education.
