Nasdaq is continuing their journey towards a full service offering. The transition was initiated in 2017 and has now become the focal point onwards. By appointing a Vice President Service Delivery Nasdaq will lead the way in integrating their in-depth technological platform and adjacent solution with a customer centric SaaS based offering. The transition will usher in a new era of business development to the benefits of their current and new clients, in parallel with an increased efficiency in current ES implementations.

As VP of Service Delivery you will drive the initiative, setting the execution plan, and ensuring follow-through- stemming from an initial analysis- facilitating change and organizational excellence in delivery pursuant to a service offering.

YOU WILL

As VP of Service Delivery you will initiate and head the service initiative- a key area for growth within Nasdaq- creating excellence in process, structure, planning, and monitoring - ensuring a secure, highly qualified and harmonized offering across all segments. You will start with an in-depth analysis, bridging Market and Global Technology, crystallizing the way forward in this global shift including delivery models and standards within a full service platform and delivery organization. The implementation of structure will follow suit, executing on the vision and set design. You will be part of the executive leadership team, reporting to the Executive VP of and CEO of Market Technology.

YOU ARE

You are a senior professional with well documented experience from service delivery towards large global actors. You are well acquainted with Enterprise Systems and understand how you efficiently deliver ES and most advantageously also SaaS in a service offering. You have most probably implemented changes in this same sphere and/or within ERP or Production systems. You are a strong diplomatic leader and change agent that accomplishes transitions through interpersonal interaction and risk management. You are an analytical builder, focusing on value propositions in line with the needs of customers. Your relational approach is an enabler in the quest for new business services. A financial background would be a merit as would contractual experience pertaining to bids and tenders
