Head of Service Design

Main responsibilities
As Head of Service Design you will be responsible for developing and executing the entire design cycle within our digital products and services development from a service design and user experience perspective, covering all phases from idea generation to continuous product development. You will work simultaneously with products and services in different stages, from early business concept development to products.

As part of our product and market expansion you will be responsible for building our own service design team as well as managing and motivating networked service designers, aligning our service design "all-over" and working close to Head of Loop Rocks, Product Owners, Head of Development and networked AD / Graphic designers.

Experience and skills

• Curios with genuine interest for digital product development
• Passionate about changing traditional industry
• Strong Experience of designing consumer, user centric mobile applications
• Proven track record of leading and motivating digital design teams
• Prior start-up experience will be beneficiary.
• Easily interact with development teams.

Loop Rocks, sitting at EpiCenter in the city-center, launched June 2016 and have already moved close to 1 million ton of masses thru the app, with 2500 users connecting more than 600 sites throughout Sweden. The app is free of charge and available for both Android and iOS. Loop Rocks is continuously aiming to improve the product for the benefit of the user.
